It's a new year, and one of my goals, or resolutions, is to save money. Another goal that I'd like to actively work on is taking care of things. That may seeem pretty vague, but —I mean the things that are always at the bottom of my list. The things that just aren't a lot of fun, like taxes (coming up soon), and Auto Insurance. Apart from not being as fun as, say—going for a walk in the park or down to the marina to look at the pretty boats—finding insurance that fits my needs and wants, and is also a reasonable price can be time consuming!
I'm sure that you may have similar pre-conceptions, too—right? It's always a good idea to shop around for major purchases, and important things, like Car Insurance. I checked out a site called Insurance Hunter, which allows Ontario residents to quickly search for and compare insurance costs for things like auto, home and travel insurance. I, personally, would rather not have to go to an insurance place in person and wait for hours to deal with all the paperwork and information. Instead, I was able to compare rates, from home, in the middle of the night (hey, you find time where you can).
Unlike other places that I have tried, where you need to do a great deal of research online (on your own), and then email each place for quotes—because they never make it easy to get that information on their websites—the process through Insurance Hunters was very straightforward and convenient.
If you have a similar goal (or resolution) of saving money this year, and taking care of things, I encourage you to check out Insurance Hunters, and know for sure that you're getting the best deal on insurance.
