Having had the opportunity to try out the HappyLight6000, I now know that Verilux products are high-quality and well-designed. I have been browsing their website and have a list of products that I would love to try from them – like the alarm clock Rise and Shine Natural Sleep System. Wouldn’t it be amazing to wake up naturally, rather than by some annoying beeping from a traditional alarm clock?

I've never heard of these but you are so right it's so important to have daylight it's just good for us all the way around. It helps to keep us from getting depressed.
