Demographics:

My niche is connected and networked young women. Many are fellow bloggers, and many are heads of house. We’re inseperable gal pals that take a break from our ‘on-the-go’ lifestyle to visit and gossip at the coolest new coffee-shop. From the best places to holiday, to the latest design trends, we trust each other’s opinions, and seek each other out when trying to make smart decisions. Where our Mother’s swapped recipes on index cards and phone numbers, we swap email addresses and information. Tech savvy and networked, we use digital technology to engage our passionate curiousity about the world.

Events:

I have participated in many great blog giveaway events, such as Blogmania, A Blogtastic Extravaganza, Handmade with Love, Holiday Gift Giveaway Hop, etc. These events help to bring in new followers, and readers to look at sponsored products being given away. Having a giveaway during these events helps to spread product awareness and there are 4 or 5 times as many entries for giveaway packages as with a single giveaway. Every giveaway item is reviewed or featured in a dedicated blog post with social media backing up the promotion as well.

In addition to giveaway events, I put together blog events for different occasions, including a spring cleaning/earth month event, home organization events, interior design events and others.

Twitter: I use Twitter to relay information about my blog updates, sponsors, and to create a community by responding to readers’ tweets.

Facebook: I use facebook to interact with other bloggers, companies, and followers to Being Tazim. There is a networked blog on Facebook, and a page for the Being Tazim blog.

Review/Giveaway Policy:

I would love to review your product or feature a giveaway for your company or store. The item(s) must adhere to Being Tazim’s ideals so as to most benefit readers and so that a positive review can best be achieved.

  • Product reviews will only be done when product or service is provided.
  • I would prefer to have a giveaway for my readers for the item being reviewed, but this is not mandatory. Item will be shipped directly to winner from store/company.
  • Samples of products will not be returned, in most circumstances.

Products/services that I would be especially keen on reviewing:
-travel destinations/hotels/attractions
-home electronics/technology
-home decor/home products
-office products
-kitchen gadgets, cookware or similar

Please also see this review policy page for more information.

Past reviews can be found on this review page.

Giveaway items must be valued at $25 minimum—there are places where I promote giveaways that require this minimum amount in order to post.

I carefully curate the content on my blog to ensure that all of my content is of real interest to my readers. In the interest of maximizing both my own and your exposure, all giveaway and review items are subject to my approval. I only accept quality products that work well on my blog.
