Between Thanksgiving and New Year's eve, more people get engaged than any other time of year. If you're married, did you have a long or short engagement? While in New Westminster on an errand, last weekend, I stopped in to the River Market. The place is pretty empty, apart from a few bakeries and food places, and a small grocery store. One place I didn't expect to find there was a mid-century modern furniture store. After buying trips in the Midwest, USA and elsewhere, the people behind The Found and the Freed set-up their display at the Interior Design Show West (IDSWest) in Vancouver this past September.
