Avery Labels Help You Organize Your Home and Office, Plus add Some Fun to Your Parties !

What do you need to label? Avery, can handle all your labelling needs! I’ve tried several different types of labels from Avery and other brands over the years. The thing I’ve noticed about Avery labels, over other brands, is that the Avery labels stick well. Of course, the White Re-positionable Address Labels are different—they can be removed and stuck back down again, in case you make a mistake in how you’ve placed the labels. The labels do become permanent over time, so you don’t need to worry about them peeling off!

Avery Labels

I remember using Avery labels to label my floppy discs back in the day, and to label CD cases for mix-CDs. Now, as a small business owner, I use them to address packages for customers.

Avery Labels

How you can use Avery labels to help you organize your office:

The most obvious use for labels would be for address labels, which you can print on your computer/printer or write on by hand. Other uses include:

  • labelling file folders
  • labelling in/out boxes
  • labelling filing cabinet drawers
  • affixing to pre-labeled packages and envelopes—good if you’d like to reuse old packaging items

Avery Reposition

The Easy Peel Labels are great for labelling a variety of things. I’ve seen some ideas lately about using them to organize your coupons—whether you keep them in a binder with sections or in an accordion file. Avery.com has free templates so that you can customize the labels before you print them. I like to print stickers on my labels, and just found out that Avery has special sticker labels, which I’ll need to check out.

If you’re looking for ideas on how to easily put together a birthday or other party, check out Avery’sProject Ideas page for suggestions. I like that you can design labels for goodie bags, candy buffet tables, invitations and create personalized stickers for the occasion, too.

My sister and I started a cloth diaper and baby natural products online store. Our dream is to one day open a brick and mortar. We are both Stay at home moms and are very strong believers of cloth diapering and go out and try to teach others about the benefits of cloth diapering. Since we have both been hit hard with the recession we are trying to do everything with a very tight budget, using coupons, and whatever possible to get the word out about our store (stinkincutediapers.com) .
Right now, I hand write all my addresses on to our marketing postcards that go out to doulas and midwiferies. It would make my life so much easier to use labels, and to organize all of our inventory files and vendor files, along with our client files!

I love using Avery labels to make really fancy labels with my favorite celebrities/sports teams pictures on them. I have lots of pen pals overseas, and I make labels for them, too. Even in this age of e-mail, I think pen pals help bring people closer. There's just something special about seeing a handwritten letter from someone in your mailbox, especially when that letter has come from another country. Labels help bring people together! 🙂

I use the address labels to send out mail for a non profit school for brain injured children (HBIC). I also use them for raffle tickets, my husband and I sell raffle tickets for the Lions club and anyone who buys 100 or more, we fill out for them, the easiest way to do this is to run labels and stick them on the raffle ticket instaed of writing out the information on each ticket!

I use many Avery products, eg labels (different sizes), but most especially I LOVE their greeting cards. Quality is superb and coupled with Blue Mountain cards, I have always made some really neat greeting cards. I haven't bought one in eons! [and I AM eons old LOL]

The easy peel labels would be awesome for labeling my files of coupon inserts. I reuse my file folders and I try to peel off the label I used, it usually rips the folder and is such a waste.
