Nail polish that lasts a week—I’ve been testing it, and it’s here.

The CND Vinylux Paradise Collection consists of lush tropical hues for your fingertips will make you feel like you’ve been whisked away to a faraway island, year-round. The weekly polish system includes a Vinylux Weekly Polish Color Coat plus Vinylux Top Coat. That’s it—no base coat needed!

The Paradise Collection colours (from left to right):

-Lush Tropics

-Sultry Sunset (which looks like the perfect Bollywood pink to me)

-Bicycle Yellow

-Electric Orange

-Cerulean Sea

Cerulean Sea is my favourite colour from the Paradise Collection. It covers well, and I find that it lasts a week under normal circumstances.

My thoughts: I have found that under normal circumstances the CND Vinylux Weekly Polishes last without chipping for about a week, so long as a top coat is used. The Bicycle Yellow has a shimmer to it—and I like it when used as an accent with other colours, but on its own, I find that it doesn’t cover well and looks thin. I like the coverage of the other colours, though. I most wear the Sultry Sunset and the Cerulean Sea colours.

Weekly Polish Color Coat Nail Polish and Vinylux Top Coat: $11.90 each. Check out the over 70 other nail polish shades and the full range of CND products on their website.

I was sent the above mentioned weekly nail polish system in order to write this feature.
