Dealing with my Restless Sleeping Habits with Zenbev Sleep Aid #Cbias

I am a member of the Collective Bias®  Social Fabric® Community.  This shop has been compensated as part of a social shopper insights study for Collective Bias and their client. I was asked to check out the Zenbev Sleep Aid to see how I could work through my restless sleeping.

I have a comfortable bed (which is only a few months old), high thread-count sheets, and an ergonomic pillow. You’d think that I would have a fairly decent sleep, right?

I’ve heard that you remember your dreams more often when your sleep is interrupted; when you’re restless. I guess that must be what’s happening with me. It seems like It’s been weeks of waking up remembering my dreams, and waking up too many times during the night.

Sleeping pills, though? No, not for me. I’ve tried them before, and I just end up feeling so zonked out, and unable to function very well during the day. Zenbev is more like drinking a warm glass of (soy) milk and being lulled in to a deep, and comfortable sleep. I had a tradition of enjoying just that when I was a child. Maybe it was the habit or something else that helped me sleep. Trying out Zenbev brought back memories, and helped just as well.

I’ve been working on several new projects lately, that have left me a little bit stressed. That could be part of the reason why I haven’t been sleeping very well. The change in weather isn’t helping much, either. I find that I sleep better when it’s cool outside. Not being able to control the heat in my apartment makes it hard to be able to sleep in a comfortable temperature, though.

A restless sleep leads to a stressful day. After having used Zenbev for a few days, I notice how much less anxious I feel throughout the day. I don’t feel lightheaded at all, like I have in the past when using sleeping pills. If I’m having a particularly anxious day, I will try Zenbev for a mid-day drink. While I do have a pleasant night’s sleep, with a lot less waking up, I am not instantly knocked out. This is a good thing, as I don’t have a particular time when I go to bed each night. It’s possible that this is part of why I don’t sleep very well; as a content creator, it’s hard to know when inspiration will strike, and when I’ll need to work late to make deadlines.

It looks like a comfy bed, right? So why am I having such a restless sleep?

The Zenbev powder mixes easily in either cold or warm soy milk. I like it a lot with cold soy milk, though I have tried it out with warm milk, too. I order Zenbev online, which I am usually hesitant to do. Mostly, I just want to know that I am purchasing from a reputable site. I did some research beforehand and watched the videos on YouTube to get to know the product a bit.

One thing that I noticed when I was doing a bit of research was that this product is vegan! I wouldn’t have tried it otherwise. In case you’re wondering why I don’t feature consumable products on this blog – that’s why! Would you choose the chocolate or the lemon flavour? I chose chocolate, and think it is really yummy! No, I never thought I’d ever say that about a powdered mix! I guess it must be the taste of the organic pumpkin seeds, perhaps. Whatever it is, I’m going to continue to enjoy this comforting drink mix every night, since it helps promote sleep, as it claims to.

OH, I definitely need to try this! I cannot shut my mind off at night and it usually takes me hours to fall asleep unless I'm completely exhausted!

I do recommend it for sure! Having a habit of drinking a cup of this each night would likely help you in and of itself.
