Fennel Cleanser

1 organic locally grown lemon = $0.99
1 spice container of fennel seeds= $3.99
1 small spice container of Thyme= $1.99

Green Tea Toner
Parts and Price:
Powdered Green Tea= approx. $1 (Whole foods has huge jars of powdered Tea. The one I chose was a/b $20 a lb and I took approx. 2 teaspoons.)
Water

The Process: Again, too easy! Just boil tea in water for 10 minutes, and you’ve got a facial toner!

I recommend you refrigerate both products and apply generously (as needed) with a cotton ball.

So basicaly, left over green tea can be used as a cleanser. No more wasting leftover tea! Many herbal teas are good for skin and as hair rinses.
Another good one I heard about on another blog is to lightly grind some oatmeal, take some in your hand and wet it, then apply to a wet face massaging a little extra around problem areas. Leave on for a few minutes then rinse off. It makes your skin very soft.
