How to Display Travel Memories to Extend Joy for your Trips

Whether it’s a once-in-a-lifetime trip that you can cross off your bucket list or a family reunion, the memories of your travels can live on if you keep recounting the good times you had. When you display your travel memories, you’re bringing and extending joy from your trip into your everyday life.

display your favorite travel memories

After the event, take time to look through pictures; journal or write about the experience; think about what you learned and what your favourite memories are.

This is probably my favourite way to extend joy for my adventures. One can, basically, just keep extending joy (forever), by reflecting on the good times.

Key moments from your trip have a lasting story behind them that you can recall simply by looking at a photograph.

Display travel memories

Instead of making a photo book that will be left and not looked at very often, I chose to display one of my favourite memories on my wall! I uploaded my photograph to the website BestCanvas.ca and ordered the canvas print. I was able to choose from many different sizes and styles.

In addition to canvas prints, you can choose to display travel memories on acrylic or metal to hang on the wall. Or, maybe you’d prefer to have a mug, throw pillow, or mouse pad emblazoned with your photograph?

This is a closeup of my canvas print. You can see the texture that makes it look like a painting.

And, okay – so you won’t be travelling very far in the near future, you can still display travel memories with a custom face mask Canada!
