Parisian Industrial Designer Ionna Vautrin’s Diverse Collection of Products

I came across these pieces designed by Ionna Vautrin while browsing online the other day and had to share them. The simplistic, yet unique style really appeals to me.

Ionna Vautrin was born in 1979 in France.
She graduated in 2002 from l’école de design Nantes Atlantique. She lives and works in Paris.
Since 2002 she has worked successively for Camper in Spain, for George J. Sowden in Italy and for Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec in France. At the same time she developed her own projects with differents editors: starting with Industreal, the Tools Galerie, Wallpaper and more recently for Foscarini, Moustache or Super-ette…
She opened her own studio in January 2011 after receiving the Grand Prize of the creation of the city of Paris.

I especially like the Vases texturés collection, from 2007.

Looking at the page with these mirror/tray pieces on it, I glanced over and saw Greg’s mouth hanging open—clearly, these are the types of pieces we should have in our own place!

Baobab

baobab The above pieces would be so perfect for a vanity, don’t you think? I’d love to put on my makeup in front of that lovely mirror/tray combo (Baobab).
I like the built-in doily look of the vase below:
