In the movies and on tv, I always see characters watching old videos of themselves as children—running around outside or opening holiday presents. I admit that I’ve always been a bit jealous of those kids!
I finally had my chance to, easily, take my own videos when I received the Kodak Playfull HD Video Camera.
Did you grow up having a video camera, and do you have home movies of your childhood?
Apart from wanting a video camera for family get-togethers, I wish I’d had one for travelling. I’ve travelled a lot all over the world, and I think I would have had some great travel videos to look back on.
Sharing is caring
Priced at $149.95, the Kodak Playfull Video Camera takes 1080p HD videos and 5 MP photos that you can easily share on many social networks, such as YouTube and Facebook. When you initially set-up the camcorder online, with the included Kodak software, you just fill in your account information for the various social medias. When you’re taking photos or videos, just hit share and select where you’d like your stuff shared to.
This pocket-sized camcorder is perfect to keep in your purse everyday— a lot lighter than my point-and-shoot camera, and a hell of a lot smaller than my DSLR camera—and will serve well for those spontaneous videos and photos you might’ve taken with your smartphone. See something strange or cute while you’re out shopping? Take a photo or video, easily—and quickly upload/share when you get home.

Here’s a video I took of the ‘before’ of my mom’s living room:
Now that I have this video camera, I plan on uploading more videos to my YouTube channel.
The Kodak Playfull HD camcorder is quite durable, and has a grippy (almost rubbery) shell on the outside. This fact, and the price of the product makes this a great gift for people of all ages.
I received the Kodak Playfull Video Camera in order to conduct my review. All opinions are 100% my own. I was not compensated in any other way.

What a great product! I've had great success with the Kodak products I've used in the past. I may have to add this to my Christmas list this year.
