Last-Minute Father’s Day Gift Ideas

It’s not that I don’t know what to get my dad—not anymore, not since I visited him in Texas this past September and got a ton of ideas for gifts—just that I don’t have the money at the moment to get him what I want to. If I could afford it, I would buy my dad:

  • an e-book reader
  • a tablet
  • a DYSON vacuum— either the DC37 Animal or the Digital Slim, which would be a perfect size for his small apartment.

I could see my dad using a tablet like this to catch up on sports, news, and look at the photos I send him. My dad’s always talked about having a laptop, but I think that something like this would be a lot easier for him to figure out. Other than the above gadgets, I would also love to get my dad a new car.

What would you get for your father if you could get him anything?
