Do you use just any old pen or do you like to use something special? I guess you could call me a pen snob, but I do prefer to use nice quality pens for my everyday writing—notes, to-do-lists, signing checks . . .they are all worthy of being written with a great pen.
When I travel, I always enjoy checking out the local pen brands or styles. In India I found some amazing Add-Gel pens and stocked up. I like to especially look at the new and limited edition pens from Mont Blanc and always dream about owning one some day.

Amazon.com has a great selection of stylish and luxurious writing instruments for daily use by novices or connoisseurs—so you don’t have to leave the country to find the pens you want.
I’ve just graduated from university and would have loved to receive a fancy pen as a gift. Nice pens also make great gifts for father’s day, too.
Mont Blanc pens are great, but I also like more inexpensive Parker Pens: These pens have a nice weight to them and write smoothly.

Man, I love Add Gel Pen's slogan, what was it? Japanese technology for crispy writing? Something to that effect.
Speaking of Japanese pens, they make some seriously cheap pens that write way above their weight class. My Cheap Top 3 are:
• Pilot G-Tec C4:
___0.4 calibre, smooth gel ink, needle sharp tip for emergency ninja hijinks, refillable and recycled/able editions
• Pilot Frixion Biz Point:
___the world's classiest erasable pen, it's like what James Bond would use instead of a pencil
• Muji's Aluminum Retractable line:
___0.38 calibre! such thin and crisp writing, but the ink is a little heavier than Pilot's an may show through…still, like all Muji's products the pen is a minimalist super-model all grace and fine lines.

Absolutely—I love basically everything from Muji. I'll have to bring a suitcase-full off their pens home with me when I go to New York.
