For Portable, Room Filling Sound—The Memorex PartyCube Mi7805p Delivers.

Memorex Party Cube

Possible places where you might use this— outside when you’re hosting a party/barbeque, while folding laundry, in your basement or attic, or anywhere else! This stereo is really light (but not too light) and is super portable. Because it is a cube with multidirectional  speakers, you don’t have to worry about not hearing your music if you move around or behind the device.

Memorex PartyCubeThis little stereo doesn’t look half bad, does it? It comes in Black or White. I like the black, though, for parties—what if some food spilled on the white one?

I wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of sound quality, but found myself enjoying what I heard. This plays music via connected iPod or iPhone, and also charges them. Even though most of my music is now digitized, and I listen to MP3s, I do still have over 100 CDs packed in a massive binder. These CDs come in handy when I want to rock out to some music I listened to in high school and shortly afterward. Other than my computer, I can’t really listen to my old CDs anywhere—until this PartyCube came into my life!

If you’re looking for a gift for mother’s day, this would work on so many levels. I know my mom doesn’t own an iPod, so would mainly be using the CD player, but my brother and I do have iPods, so when my mom’s having a get-together, the entire stereo will be used. In fact, you can hook this up to your computer and play a video or music that way. I’ve had a few family get-togethers where I’ve put together a Keynote presentation of vacation or family photos, and know that this would come in handy for those occasions. Overall, I am really pleased with this stereo, and I don’t really have anything that I would change about it.

So, where could you see yourself using this stereo?

This product is $149.99 on Amazon.

I received the Memorex PartyCube CD Sound System for iPod and iPhone (Black) Memorex in order to conduct my honest review. I was not compensated in any other way.

I love that it can play cds too. We have something similar for listening to our iPod while in the shower. But it's several years old and doesn't work right anymore!

This looks like it would be great to have. We have tons of MP3s on our iPhones. Plus stacks and stacks of old CDs lying around.
