Spring is right around the corner, and so is wedding season. Some people spend thousands of dollars on their weddings, but buy store-bought cake toppers.

Here are just some of the handmade cake toppers I’ve come across:

traditional wedding topper

The above topper is just one of the many unique ones made by Anna Crafts on Etsy.

If you don’t want people on your wedding cake—what about this idea from Better off Wed?

deliziare makes custom wire wedding toppers, which can be displayed in the home after the ceremony.

StarHouse creates 1-sided customized toppers that are sweet:

What kind of topper did you have at your wedding or what type do you prefer?

For my wedding I bought my cake topper from a craft store but it was PERFECT. My wedding cake was two tier with columns holding up the top tier. It also had dragons on the outside and it looked like a castle that they were guarding. My cake topper went in the middle and it was a prince and princess made out of glass dancing. It just looked so nice! *gush*
