A great idea for a stocking stuffer, this pocket pedometer works well to keep track of the number of steps you’ve taken. I was able to program in my step length so that this device would know how many steps I was taking. You can set a goal for the number of steps to take in a day. I read that you should aim to take between 10,000 steps per day. This factors in the 30 to 60 minutes of physical activity recommended every day. When I am going to work (which is full-time now), I can easily reach this number, but I find it harder when I am at home—so need to go for evening walks around the neighbourhood to get my step number up to 10,000.
A highly accurate pedometer that works in any position. Features steps, distance, calories, targets and a 7 day memory.
This pocket pedometer comes in 6 colours, which you can see on this HRM771 Multi-Function Pedometer page. Heart Rate Monitors USA offers free same day shipping, so you can still order a few of these pocket pedometers for your stockings. They are having a sale on these at the moment—they’re only $9.95!
