Vancouver Boat Show

by Tazim Damji

boat show

During British Columbia (B.C.)'s first Family Day weekend, I went to the Vancouver Boat Show, which took place on both Granville Island and in B.C. Place. I love looking at sailboats and yachts, day-dreaming about one day owning a boat of my own. One of my favourite things to do is to go down to one of the many marinas in the city and area. The thing that was different about being at the boat show rather than just staring at boats sitting in the water, was that you could go on to the boats to ...

Vancouver Boat Show B.C. Family Day Weekend

by Tazim Damji

If you're one of my readers from the USA, you're probably wondering what Family Day is. All the information and details can be found in the article that Greg wrote for the Georgia Straight about repositioning cruises.  ...

Inspired by the Sea

by Tazim Damji

Maybe because we recently went to the International Boat Show in Vancouver (and I won a weather radio!!) or because Greg just finished and posted a new stationery set called Black Coral for our Studioahimsa Etsy shop, but lately I just want to go to the sea (or the ocean, as is the case where we live).
