The Best Blog Posts from Blog Sites You May Not Know About

I have made some great connections with other bloggers, people that I would not have known in any other capacity. I am quite pleased about getting to know them further through my favourite hobby/part-time job—blogging, of course!

Here are some of the latest and greatest posts from some of these fine bloggers:

The (Mommy) Kerrie Show’s Kerrie M. found some awesome Barbie stuff in her closet (which are being enjoyed by some very happy looking little girls) and blogged about it in the post Tackle it Tuesday: My Closet.

Rachel H. of Roasted Beanz: Parenting. Life. And the Coffee that Makes it all Possible shares a sweet drawing of a rainbow drawn by Isabel. Vote For Isabel’s Rainbow.

It looks like Jesica H.,who writes Mommy Bunch, had an amazing time at The Wilderness Hotel and Golf Resort! It sounds like it is the perfect place for the whole family to take a bit of a break from the everyday.

There’s a new project in the works for Crystal G. of Fur Kid Fosters. Check out her post “A Starting Point“. If you are an animal lover (like me), you will appreciate Crystal’s post. It makes me really want to adopt a kennel-worth of dogs! One day . . .

Another eye-opening post is from Brooke, who posted about the Cure for Cancer on her blog Howard House Reviews. It was interesting reading about both food and non-food factors. The main reason that I am moving away from this city is that I feel that it is poisonous in the lifestyle of people who live here, having to drive everywhere, and just general stress that I did not experience in Vancouver. I think that that is reason enough to leave.

If you can’t afford to leave the city, try a Staycation! Cheryl from Moms and Munchkins has some great Staycation Ideas. I like the one about a tent—I loved doing that as a child. . . tenting in the basement or backyard!  Check out Cheryl’s blog for tons of ideas on parties, activities and mom’s groups.

Do you write a blog? Let me know about it in the comments, and I may just post about you, too!

Thanks for a great list of resources Tazim. I also read the Howard House Reviews blog. This is a great time to start to set up a blog. For your readers who aren't aware of the entire process, if you intend to start up a self hosted blog, you will need web hosting and there are none better than Hostgator. Right now, they are offering a Hostgator 1 cent coupon so that people can take advantage of their awesome hosting. Of course, there are free options available too such as Blogger blogs and even Squidoo! Thanks and keep up the great work,
    Alex
