- 1 medium avocado
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or grapeseed oil
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- salt to taste

- Cut and scoop out avocado into a small bowl
- Add water, oil, and lime juice
- Whisk together
