Blueberry Smoothie with Coconut Milk Yogurt
I love how portable, customizable, refreshing, and filling smoothies are. Since I really like starting my days with pieces of fruit, I tend to make fruit smoothies.
- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup coconut milk yogurt or other yogurt of your choosing
- ½ cup soy milk or coconut milk or almond milk
- 1 handful strawberries or cherries
