Blueberry Smoothie with Coconut Milk Yogurt

I love how portable, customizable, refreshing, and filling smoothies are. Since I really like starting my days with pieces of fruit, I tend to make fruit smoothies.

  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup coconut milk yogurt or other yogurt of your choosing
  • ½ cup soy milk or coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 handful strawberries or cherries


  • add all ingredients to a blender
  • blend until liquified
  • if you prefer a more thick smoothie, use less soy milk
