As a renter, I find the 3M Command Brand Strips to be perfect, because you don’t have to worry about marking up the walls. Some landlords will not allow renters to put holes in the walls, or will charge you for repainting because of wall damage. Another idea for using the wall strips is putting up (as I have in several places on my walls), the velcro strips so that you can change up the pictures you’ve displayed. I have a wall of inexpensive IKEA frames with ticket stubs, coins, transit cards and other nicknacks from my travels in them displayed in my hallway—attached to the wall with Command Strips, of course.
Although the largest presence of Command Brand Strips in my apartment is for hanging pictures, I do enjoy several other products as well.

The small organizer is the product I never knew I needed—but I can’t believe I did without. I attached it to the wall and use it, like shown, as a cell-phone charging caddy. The plastic is sturdy, and I like that there is a little ‘hook’ on the bottom to wrap your cord around/through. It is the perfect size for large and small cell phones, as well as iPods or other MP3 devices. Another idea for use is for bus passes or other important things, near the door. The medium organizer would be great for storing container lids, but also for bathroom items, sponges, etc.

These are great for hanging bags, jackets . . .or belts, like I’ve done in my closet. I could see these being used to hang towels, too.

These can be used for the same types of things as the knobs, but also for smaller things. I use these to hang up my scarves. I also use one for hanging up a shoe horn and one for a shoe brush, in my coat closet. What would you use these for?
Cord management is probably at the top of the list of ways in which many people want to organize their home and office. There are so many complicated management systems for cords—this product is easy to use. The fantastic thing about these is that you can easily pull down the grey bit at the top and you can release the cord—how great would this be in a garage?

These cord clips are fantastic for small cables. I have them behind my tv and stereo.
