Elevate your French Fries #Modifry™

When it comes to sides, what’s simple is best. I prefer to use a few key ingredients to put together my side dishes so that they don’t upstage the main course. One thing that I always seem to order when I go out to a diner or café is a big plate of French fries. Something about the crispy, flavourful fries makes me want to linger while I enjoy the company of my family and friends. Since I always seem to love eating French fries when I’m out I put together the recipe below so that I can enjoy them at home, too. There are so many ways to #MODIFRY™ French fries!

How would you #MODIFRY™ your Superfries ® ? I am a lover of garlic and hot spices, so I put together this quick recipe using a bit of both. With the three simple ingredients below, you can put together a side that will elevate basic fries to a whole new level of deliciousness.

Elevate your French Fries

Garlic Jalapeno Chili Pepper

-1 or 2 crushed or chopped cloves of garlic

-1 or 2 sliced jalapenos

-1 tbsp crushed chili pepper

Instructions:

Bake Superfries® at recommended temperature for 10 minutes. Remove fries from oven and place them in a bowl. Add all ingredients to the bowl and mix.

Place fries back on baking sheet and cook for an additional 5 minutes or your desired crispy-ness.

I added a quick sprinkling of additional chili pepper to the cooked fries when I served them.

These Superfries ® are tasty on their own, but you can always add a condiment or two to dip these in to.
