How Keeping Hydrated is Fun and Convenient

When things feel rushed and busy, I find it challenging to remember to stay hydrated. In an effort to reach my personal water-intake goals, I’ve been trying out a few things to stay hydrated inside and out. I’m sharing ways that I’ve been keeping hydrated lately here with you, in case you could also use some more hydration in your life.

One (delicious) way I’ve been hydrating is with flavoured water. Carbonated water mixed with fruit-flavoured syrup turns out to be a great way to increase my water consumption. SodaStream makes it super easy and fun to create carbonated water with their new POWER machine.

As soon as my friend Alex heard that I was getting a new SodaStream POWER, he wanted to try making a carbonated peach drink. Since I’m a big fan of peach (just about) anything, I quickly agreed. Lucky for us, one of the new SodaStream Waters flavours is Apple Peach, in the Fruits line.

We mixed the Apple Peach flavoured sparkling water with fresh peach which took it over the top on the deliciousness scale! I could see using this flavour with cut up pieces of other fruit, too,  in a jug or punch bowl when getting together with friends for a relaxing spa day. Doesn’t that sound like so much fun?

It’s so easy to make different flavours of water using my new SodaStream POWER, that I often find myself mixing up a few different flavours at the same time. The C02 cartridges that work with SodaStream last a really long time, so I know I’ll be able to try out lots of flavours from the new Waters line with no problem. A few of my favourite flavours so far, are:

-Apple Peach

-Blackcurrent Lime

-Green Apple Cucumber

There are so many others that I can’t wait to try out, though. With so many yummy flavours, it’s been so much more easy to drink lots of water.

Keeping hydrated on the inside, thanks to the delicious new flavours of SodaStream Waters I’ve been enjoying lately is super fun and convenient. You know what else is? Getting a facial! There are several locations of Skoah near where I live (one of them is a quick 10 minute walk), so it’s been easy to go in for a facial to keep my skin looking and feeling healthy.

I made it even more convenient for myself to get future facials by booking in advance. Being able to relax and take care of my skin during an afternoon of running errands really elevates my day. Skoah has a huge range of facials for men and women that target your face, hands, and feet. I recently got (what Skoah calls) a workout with a personal trainer for my skin that lasted 75 minutes. It was the ultimate facial, called ‘facialiscious’ and was an awesome treat for my skin and general well-being. If you’re interested in checking out Skoah, look at their facials page. I love that they have memberships to choose from, which makes it really easy to get regular facials.

Keeping hydrated has been my goal lately, which I’ve done well with thanks to regular facials and delicious flavours of carbonated water with my SodaStream POWER. I’ll be sharing delicious carbonated drink recipes here in the next few months, so look out for those!

How do you stay hydrated? I’d love to hear your tips!

SodaStream POWER

I was sent a SodaStream POWER machine and a related service in exchange for writing my honest opinions here in this post.
