Mike Lam Design Inc. Furniture at #IDSWest12 #Vancouver
It was a bit overwhelming checking out all the offerings at the recent Interior Design Show West (IDSWest) in Vancouver. I already told you about my top picks, but it was hard to narrow things down and there are quite a few other booths and companies I want to share with you as well. One such designer is Mike Lam, who creates amazing bent and other wood furniture.

Based in Edmonton Alberta, Mike Lam Design Inc. is the collaboration of Mike Lam, who is originally from Hong Kong, and Steve Thompson, who is born and raised in rural Alberta.
Size – 54″ x 12.5″ x 30″H
My favourite is the Blossom collection, with the curvy lines, the high-quality look of the high-boys/end tables and the gorgeous choice of woods:
