As you may know if you read this post, I am one of the 5 lucky bloggers to have been asked to participate in the Ultimate Upcycle Challenge in conjunction with Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore and the Vancouver Home and Design Show. Last weekend, I picked out the pieces that I wanted to work with (upcycle/DIY), and here are some photos to give you an idea of what I’m working on. The details haven’t been ironed out, but I’ll keep you posted here, and on twitter (@beingtazim) using hashtag #VHDS12.

As you can see, I found an amazing Vancouver Police Academy stretcher and 2 bolts of fabric. Any thoughts on what I should put together? What would YOU do?
