This week can (I imagine) be a painful one for moms who are forced to get back in the swing of things with back-to-school, the end of summer and a new routine. Equally so, for people who work outside the home or for lifelong learners going back to college, the transition from carefree summer days to the grind of a busier season can be daunting.
