Fresh starts and new adventures call for the Pilot Metropolitan pen I received.
New adventures call for something special to celebrate with.
My cousin recently got married, and this special occasion definitely called for a great quality pen to sign the papers with. Several other people I know have signed important documents recently—for cars and condos they’ve bought.
Let’s be serious for a second. I’m sure we’ve all had the displeasure of receiving a less-than-great pen wrapped in a fancy box, from a well-meaning friend/family member. What can you do? My advice—education. Talk about how great quality pens write, how much you like certain qualities of good-quality pens, and demonstrate how amazing a pen like the Pilot Metropolitan writes.
What have I been celebrating lately? Well, I just got a few clients signed on to my virtual assistant services and secured a new job. So, I’ve definitely been using my new Pilot Metropolitan pen a lot lately. This pen has a heavy weight to it, and writes smoothly. It is understated, yet elegant.
I really appreciate when products come ready to be gifted. Really, you would just need to stick a bow or small card on the top and it’s ready to go!
I received the above mentioned pen in order to write this feature. That hasn’t altered my opinions, and all thoughts are 100% mine.

I am definitely a techie. I like all my electronic gadgets. However, I still love the feel of writing, real old fashioned writing with pen and paper. You are correct, a good pen makes all the diffference.

Hi Janeane, Thanks for visiting! I think a mix of gadgets and pen/paper is a good idea. The physical act of writing out goals, for instance, on paper makes them stick in your mind more easily.
