Geek

DymoIsn’t he beautiful? I’ve been wanting a label maker for years – and have spent lots of time staring at ones like this at Staples or Home Depot. Guess what? You can win 1 of 5 of these guys right here!

I recommend

DYMO LabelManager 260P

About product

This super-sleek machine is a great sized label maker, ensuring that it doesn’t take up much room on a desk-top. There is a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, so you don’t have to worry about having a huge supply of AA batteries = less waste and more convenience!

There is a nice-sized viewing screen where you can preview your labels. There are tons of different options so you can customize your labels with six fonts sizes, seven text styles, three fonts and fun things – underlining, borders, and more! The labels are easy-peel, water and UV resistant and are flexible, so you can attach them to curved objects. You can get other, polyester labels which are permanent, though. There is a huge range of label/ink colours to choose from – so go nuts and get some red and green labels for the Holidays, and some pastel blue ones for Easter/Spring!

This unit can save up to 9 labels, for things you often want to print – and you can print up to 10 copies of one label.

DYMO

Perfect gift For:

Everyone – though maybe children might not appreciate it!

Seriously:

-people who care about organization

-people who mail packages (especially around the Holidays)

-people who have messy handwriting

-your mom, your dad, your siblings, your boss, your best friend. . .

-people who like gadgets

This is something that everyone wants but doesn’t buy for themself.

DYMO

Here are a couple of labels I made for my food storage containers. I like to keep everything organized by type so that I always know where things are. I have a wire-basket drawer unit for these types of bins – sometimes things look similar, though, but with these new labels, I’ll never have to question what’s in each bin!

dymo

Value

With a suggested retail value of $89.99, this handheld label maker is great value, especially considering that there is a rechargeable battery in it. Other label makers can be really expensive – over $150, easily, but this label maker does everything I want it to for much less.

House to Home?

Labelling things is not only fun, but a great way to show your products you love them.

What a great giveaway! Well first off, I would label all my totes. A few months ago, I bought about thirty 18 gallon totes to organize all of my stuff, which was mainly all of my baking, holiday and craft items. Well, I've labeled them with some mailing labels I had and they keep lifting up and then fall off. At first, I thought it was the warmer weather but they're still doing it-frustrating! I'd also use it to label my food containers, almost everything in my classroom and more.

I would stick it in my own stocking and I would label EVERYTHING with – maybe even the girls if they stood still long enough, lol. Seriously, I just started homeschooling again, so I would label the storage for all of our curriculum. The toys are overrunning the littles' room – they would get bins neatly labeld. The products in my food pantry. The shoe boxes in my closet. The boxes holding my gift wrap tags and what not. Oh, the list is endless!!!!!!

I'd give this to my 12 y.o. son and let him label stuff for my toddler (T.V., window, chair, etc.) It's a great way to teach kids how to read without forcing the issue. My older son learned to read on his own this way. He'd ask what a word said, I'd tell him, and then he managed to figure out letter sounds, etc. on his own.

I would label everything. Okay, maybe I'm exaggerating, but I've got a lot of folders on and in my desk with all kinds of information on and in them that, while organized I have no way to tell what is in each folder without pulling them all out. If I won this label maker be assured it would be put to good use.

GASP! I found a label maker giveaway! I am so excited! I WOULD LABEL EVERYTHING IN MY HOUSE! I am a chronic and I mean Chronic organizer and I have things in lil clear tubs on my shelves and It would be so much nicer to have them labeled nice and professionally like this lil guy would help me do.

I would use it to label the front of all the plastic storage containers I have in my craft room, so that I could see what-was-where without taking lids off of everything. I would give one to my granddaughter who is teaching her little girl to put things away after using them. This would be great for labeling the shelves and drawers to help her remember where everything goes. I would even consider letting my husband borrow it to label all those cans in his workshop that hold a zillion odd objects. On those days when I'm so busy I can't remember who I am, I'd even label myself…

I have tons of boxes of files, records, and videos for work, both at home and the office, so I'd definitely label each so I can easily see the contents of each one without having to rifle through it. It would also be great to label bins of clothes and holiday decorations for easier organization. Thanks!

Can you throw in a little card that says which side is which, too?

I would love to use labels in the garage on the boxes that we store in there. I have to open all of them to find what I'm looking for. It would be great to have labels so I could go right to, say the Christmas decorations when I'm looking for them. I might give this to my mom because she has alot of boxes stored also.

Just about everything needs labeling from Herb & Spice Jars (we grow and dry our own or else buy from bulk stores,) file folders storage drawers for tools, hobby and craft supplies, storage boxes and the list goes on and on and on…
