Rather than just pushing first around, the SteamMachine Plus disinfects floors and countertops to make sure that you can go barefoot around your home without worries. “The 205 degree temperature steam at nozzle kills 99.9 percent of germs and bacteria including e-coli, salmonella, and staph.” This is a big benefit, especially for those with children and pets.

Use the SteamMachine Plus to disinfect hard floor surfaces in your home. It works well on surfaces such as laminate, hardwood, tile, stone, vinyl and linoleum.

My thoughts:

It’s light, and easy to manoeuvre around my kitchen, despite how narrow the space is. I was really happy with how quickly the SteamMachine Plus heat up so that I could use it almost immediately. There are tons of attachments to make it possible to get in to tight spots on the floor and countertops. Because of the super steaming properties, you don’t need to use anything but water to get your floors looking spotless.

To make things even more easy, and to increase the versatility of this device, there is a detachable hand-held steamer located on the front. I appreciate that the SteamMachine Plus has a fold-down handle for storage. In my small apartment, that really works well for me!
