I love to write. That should be pretty obvious, since I regularly update this blog, and my other one. But, what I mean is, I love to write with a pen on paper. I like to feel the weight of a good pen in my hand as I write letters to friends around the world. Since I often write letters so long and so frequently that my hand cramps up with most pens, I turn to the comfortable Parker IM pen.
It’s not just letters that I like to write, but to-do lists and notes, too. With all the technology out there for organizing notes, I still prefer to put pen to paper — it somehow makes me remember what I’m writing more, and holds me more accountable to entries on my list. I know that my mom feels that same way — she is constantly writing things down on paper to remind herself to do things.
The Parker IM pen is so smooth to write with, and I love the weighty-ness of it. This pen makes me feel like everything I write is important. Your mom is important too, right? Well, wouldn’t she love to have one of these lovely metallic pink Parker IM pens?
Valued at $50 (ARV), this Parker IM pen will make you want to write more often – letters, notes, to-do lists even.
A sweet note from Felix Doolittle, and my lovely metallic pink Parker IM pen.
You can find the Parker IM pen, and other Parker pens at specialty stores as well as Staples. Parker pens range in price from $32 to $80.
