Summer Strawberry Recipes Roundup
One of the things I most look forward to, as soon as it starts getting nicer outside, is strawberries. This year, I purchased a Kitchenaid blender, so I’ve been making smoothies most mornings — usually with strawberries. With the inexpensive price of strawberries so far this season, I’ve ended up purchasing and freezing several pounds of the delicious fruit already. I don’t know about you, but when I see (organic, and preferably local) strawberries, I can’t help but buy some. . .even if my freezer is already full of freezer-bags!
With all the delicious strawberries I’ve been seeing, buying and bringing home lately, I have been I enlisted the help of a few blogger friends to put together this roundup of great summer strawberry recipes.
